Zest 4 Wellness is a physician-guided wellness and regenerative medicine clinic located in Columbia, Maryland. We exist for one reason: to help patients understand what is actually going on with their health and build a treatment plan around real findings, not guesses.

Zest 4 Wellness is a medical wellness practice, formerly presented as Zest 4 Wellness and program, from regenerative medicine and PRP to hormone optimization and medical weight loss, is provided under medical supervision. Depending on availability, your consultation may be with a physician or with another member of our clinical team.
Our philosophy
Wellness is not one-size-fits-all. Two people with the same symptom can have entirely different underlying causes, and a treatment that helps one patient may be wrong for another. That is why the Zest approach combines medical evaluation, diagnostic testing, nutritional science, and ongoing support into a plan built around you.
